As you no doubt know, Freight & Shipping Inc. is a freight forwarding company with shipments throughout the U.S. We manage product delivery routes (air/ocean, import/export) and provide support services (logistics, customs brokerage) with over 60 us freight carriers.
Freight & Shipping Inc. is in need of several Logistics Customer Service Agents in our brand-new Clearwater, FL logistics office. We are seeking career- oriented individuals in this industry, experienced or not in export/import services.
Specifically, this position will focus on the following duties, and more:
A. Working independently with customers to assure overall customer satisfaction.
B. Answering incoming calls to book shipments.
C. Routing, rating, and dispatching domestic cargo via courier, domestic air freight, LTL and FTL.
To be considered, applicants must have:
A. Good computer skills, especially in the use of Outlook Express
B. Strong communication skills
C. Excellent, effective, and efficient use of the English language. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus!
The compensation level for this position is attractive, and; the position is eligible for both a weekly bonus AND an annual bonus. There are manyopportunities for advancement within the corporation.
